Our attorneys regularly help policyholders recover insurance for a wide-variety of claims, including property and business interruption losses, marine, and D&O, E&O, and many other types of exposures. Our lawyers have successfully negotiating with and litigated against virtually all major insurers.
Some of our recent representations include:
- Negotiated a $5.7 million settlement for our client, a large commercial real estate company, which had sustained significant property damage to 16 of its commercial buildings. The settlement was reached after we had filed suit and litigated the matter in federal court.
- Serving as insurance coverage counsel for a court-appointed receiver in connection with a Ponzi scheme.
- Negotiated a reversal of an insurer’s initial decision to deny a defense to our client in underlying litigation.
