Francisco Garcia is a Senior Associate Attorney in The Morgan Law Group<\/a>\u2019s Tampa office and is proud to represent policyholders in their disputes against insurance carriers.<\/p>\n

Mr. Garcia began his career at a large, well-known firm working exclusively for residential and commercial property owners with first-party property cases. He is honored to have continued standing on the side of the insureds throughout his entire legal career and has quickly proved to be an invaluable asset in various respects. Francisco attributes his success as a young attorney to his relentless work ethic, dedication, and integrity, in addition to the unwavering support from his family and friends.<\/p>\n

Mr. Garcia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, a university known throughout Florida for its excellence in trial advocacy.<\/p>\n

While in law school, Mr. Garcia worked as a law clerk for the Civil Litigation Division of the Florida State Attorney General’s Office and was a Judicial Intern for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Garcia was also the recipient of the prestigious Victor O. Wehle Award, which recognizes the top trial advocates of each graduating class. In addition, Mr. Garcia was actively involved in several student organizations and is proud of his achievements as President of Stetson University’s Hispanic Bar Association and member of the esteemed Stetson Ambassadors program. More recently, Francisco has been recognized as one of Florida\u2019s \u201cRising Stars\u201d by Super Lawyers Magazine for the last three consecutive years.<\/p>\n

Mr. Garcia was born in Miami, Florida and later relocated with his mother, father and sister to Melbourne, Florida. His personal and professional experiences in countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Spain and a number of Latin American countries have provided Mr. Garcia with an appreciation for diversity and an ability to effectively communicate with people of almost any background.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3363,"menu_order":0,"template":"","location":[92],"practice-area":[],"class_list":["post-866","attorneys","type-attorneys","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","location-tampa"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nFrancisco Garcia -
