Morgan, Jr<\/a>. and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.policyadvocate.com\/attorneys\/jesmany-jomarron\/\">Jesmany Jomarron<\/a>, were recognized with the esteemed titles of 2023 Super Lawyers, and a third Senior Associate Attorney, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.policyadvocate.com\/attorneys\/francisco-garcia\/\">Francisco Garcia<\/a>, was named a 2023 Rising Star by <em>Super Lawyer Magazine<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The Super Lawyer and Rising Star selection process begins with evaluating attorneys from all firm sizes and over 70 practice areas throughout the U.S., who must be formally nominated by a peer or identified as candidates by the research department during the exploration process.<\/p>\n<h2>Super Lawyers &amp; Rising Star Candidates are Nominated Only Once Each Year<\/h2>\n<p>Each year, attorneys across the country are invited to nominate their peers \u2014 whom they have personally observed in action \u2014 for both the Super Lawyers and Rising Star awards.<\/p>\n<p>Once nominated, the insurance claims lawyer-led research staff at <em>Super Lawyers Magazine<\/em> identifies the credentials of the nominees by reviewing a proprietary list of databases and online sources, including national and local legal trade publications.<\/p>\n<p>The nominees are also evaluated on their verdicts and\/or settlements, honors and awards, special licenses and certifications, positions within their law firms, professional activity, pro bono and community service, education, and employment background among other important criteria.<\/p>\n<p>Each nominated insurance claims attorney is awarded points for each qualifying piece of evaluation criteria by the review committee, and a final selection is made by grouping candidates into four law firm-sized categories, of which two of our law firm\u2019s partners were selected as Super Lawyers and a third Senior Associate Attorney was named as a Rising Star in Florida.<\/p>\n<h2>What is the Difference Between a Super Lawyer and Rising Star Attorney?<\/h2>\n<p>The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 25 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.<\/p>\n<p>While up to 5% of the lawyers in the state are named as Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5% are named to the Rising Stars list.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Congratulations to Tom, Jesmany, and Francisco!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two of The Morgan Law Group P.A. insurance claims attorneys and partners, Thomas J.
