Bernadette M. Maligranda, Esq. joined Rajan Legal, PC in 2022 and currently serves as an Associate within the firm’s Commercial Transactional Group. She focuses her practice on real estate and business closings, corporate governance, and land use matters. In May 2025, she was admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
Ms. Maligranda earned her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University. During law school, she gained valuable experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Sheree V. Pitchford, J.S.C., and as a legal intern with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. Following graduation, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Thomas P. Abode, J.S.C.
Dedicated to public service, Ms. Maligranda has volunteered with several community-based organizations, including Elijah’s Promise and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in Newport, Rhode Island. She is known for her strong work ethic, client-centered approach, and commitment to providing thoughtful, solutions-driven legal counsel.
