Laura C. Villegas joined Rajan Legal PC as an associate attorney in 2024. She is a passionate and intelligent advocate, experienced in Matrimonial Law, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law.
Prior to her joining the Rajan Legal team, Ms. Villegas completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences and a minor in Communications. Although Texas will forever have her heart, she set out to pursue a legal career in the Northeast in 2020. She graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree prior to clerking for the Honorable Thomas P. Abode, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, Middlesex County.
In addition to the practice of law, Ms. Villegas enjoys helping her community. She regularly participates in community events near the Union County and Middlesex County regions which fuels her passion for helping others.
With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the law she diligently represents her clients to obtain optimal results. Her method combines strategic insight with a hands-on, compassionate approach, ensuring that her clients receive personalized attention and practical solutions tailored to their unique legal needs.
