What Our Clients Say

“Esteban is hardworking, diligent, smart, and has unwavering commitment to his clients and the judicial process. I have had the opportunity to work side-by-side with Esteban as a litigation support paralegal on complex cases that involve large volumes of information and unique and difficult legal issues. Esteban is respected by the judges he practices in front of and the attorneys he practices against. It has always been a pleasure to work with him and to watch his incredible pre-trial and trial skills in action.”

Cynthia Gilbert, Perfectly Legal, Inc.

“Mr. Aguilar has represented our family in two separate, unrelated matters. In both cases, he performed above and beyond our expectations. In the first case, my mother was involved in a car accident in which the insurance company was declining to provide legal counsel in a quadriplegic lawsuit that exceeded the policy’s limits. The insurance company wanted to contribute the policy limits and leave my family to deal with the excess! Mr. Aguilar represented my family and was able to bring the matter to a satisfactory resolution. He is compassionate and genuinely cares about his clients. In the second case, Mr. Aguilar represented me in a lawsuit in Federal District Court. Significant discovery was required and a mediator was appointed. Mr. Aguilar skillfully negotiated a settlement. He was unfailingly professional in very tense negotiations. His expertise in the law and damages was instrumental in getting the matter settled. Mr. Aguilar goes the extra mile, he prepares his cases with extreme detail, leaving as little as possible to chance. His files are thorough, well-documented and he writes well. Further, he is articulate and has a good sense of humor. Mr. Aguilar is not afraid to go to trial and that makes him a VERY effective negotiator. I would heartily recommend Esteban A. Aguilar Sr. as an attorney.”

“Steve Sr. and his awesome Crew represented my family after, what I thought was a simple work accident claim. It wound up becoming a very severe and involved, defective products issue! There was evidence that was found that the defense didn’t realize was found! I’m at a loss for words but… I can’t nor do I have enough good to say about the way the case was handled for myself and family There were moments that had us all on edge but Steve and his support always came out ahead! I understand this lawsuit had changed laws across the United States and is still being referred to in present , similar cases… If you want a VERY friendly, professional, people-person to represent you, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE AND HIS CREW TO YOU!”
