Michael Sherman v. Hotel St. Francis, LLC., and Heritage Hotel and Resorts, Inc.

This case was a Liability Act violation and premises liability case resulting from allegations that the Secreto Bar Lounge at the Hotel St. Francis in Santa Fe, New Mexico over served alcohol to Michael Sherman from approximately 5:30 pm until 11:10 pm.
